Enjoy an old-fashioned Christmas parade in downtown

Enjoy an Old Fashioned Christmas Parade through Main Street in downtown Kokomo on Saturday, Dec. 4.

Parade route begins at Walnut & Market Streets and ends at Main & Sycamore Streets.

Entries will include local marching bands, lighted floats featuring service organizations, local businesses and personalities, and of course Santa & Mrs. Claus. Parade starts at 6 p.m.

Christmas carolers will be singing on the “Stage on Main” from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Santa will visit with kids immediately after the parade until 9 p.m. in Santa’s house outside on the Courthouse Square.

There will also be a street train providing free rides around the Courthouse Square, free carriage rides downtown, and don’t miss Jingle John with his live reindeer after the parade! Kids can also write a “Letter to Santa.”

Santa will be back downtown on Dec. 11 & 18, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. for more visits with kids.
