The Upper Level is a unique 2,000 square feet space located above Annmarie's Boutique in Downtown Kokomo. This 1885 building has been transformed into a space for small events. Seats up to 50 people. They offer a picturesque ceremony area for intimate and micro weddings. The cozy front rooms offer the perfect space for Showers, Birthday Parties, Meetings, Graduation parties or any small gatherings.
