SHAK Makerspace (Spirit of Haynes and Apperson in Kokomo) is a membership-based community providing access to equipment, tools, resources, and other makers for creating, innovating, tinkering and prototyping.  At SHAK you can do woodworking, welding, 3D printing, stained-glass art, blacksmithing, painting, cosplay costumes, ceramics, enameling, electronics, rug-hooking, wood and metal turning, jewelry making, poster design and printing, fabric dying, wool spinning & much more.  Open house held every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Knowledge sessions held on 1st Monday of the month from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Make & Take held the 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
