Foster Park, located in Downtown Kokomo, is home of the Kokomo Arts Pavilion which hosts numerous concerts throughout the summer, and the Kokomo Senior Center.  The Wildcat Walk of Excellence trail winds through the park as well.  The park also includes playground areas and tennis courts.
