National Tuskegee Airmen Exhibit open for Kokomo Students and the Community; Artworks Gallery; Free admission; Come celebrate the amazing story of the first Black Army Air Corps pilots at Artworks Gallery with the special Black History exhibition, “TUSKEGEE AIRMEN: America’s Freedom Flyers;” Check out panels and artifacts that tell the enduring, inspirational story of Tuskegee Airmen from around the World who fought for the right to defend their country; Learn about local history through our very own Hometown Heroes!; After the special community presentation, the exhibition will be traveling to other locations around the country; Artworks Gallery is open Monday – Saturday from 12 noon-4 p.m. Additional tour times may be possible by special arrangement.
