Hosted by the Kokomo Parks & Recreation Department, the Recreation Adventure Program is offered at all supervised playgrounds. Supervisors are present to offer participating children leadership and organized games and sports. The program is free, but all crafts are $1 each. Children are free to come and go as they please.
