Opening day of the Kokomo Downtown Farmers’ Market is Saturday, April 28, and there’s a whole new crop of vendors for 2018.
The local farmers’ market brings the best in locally grown, locally raised and locally made goodness. In addition to great local produce vendors, each week the market features activities such as demos and wellness information, Little Sprouts Market Club and more.
Opening day will feature musical guest Medicinal Bluegrass Band and the Wellness Tent will offer information about planting your own garden. The market is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays through Oct. 6. You can find it at the intersection of Mulberry and Washington streets.
